The Flavor
Sesame-seared yellowfin tuna steak with tamarind stir-fried vegetables, jasmine rice and a sake soy-wasabi reduction, sacher torte with apricot coulis - just a sampling of the fine dining you'll experience. Admire the picturesque landscape of a medieval city awash in pastels, flowers, and history. Visit Amalfi's impressive 9th-century cathedral, which sits proudly amid all the sun-kissed beauty, and see the ancient and fascinating Paradise Cloisters that sit nearby.

CORFU, GREECE
One of the most beautiful Greek Islands, Corfu captivates with its glorious scenery of gentle rolling hills, extensive flora, and sandy beaches. SPLIT, CROATIA
Set midway up the Dalmatian Coast, this town is one of the jewels of the Adriatic. A few musts for any visit here include Diocletian's Palace, an incredibly well-preserved stronghold that dates back to the 4th century, as well as the Prokurative, a neo-Renaissance complex defined by monumental arcades.

RAVENNA, ITALY
A gateway to Bologna and San Marino, Ravenna is also a treasure unto itself. A former capital of the Roman Empire, Ravenna is best known for its precious marble and intricate mosaics dating back to the Byzantine Empire.
